Everything you need to know about ordering and receiving your print.
What sizes are available?
Prints are available in a range of sizes from A4 (21×30 cm) up to A1 (59×84 cm), as well as standard imperial sizes from 12×8" through 30×20". All sizes are listed on each photo page.
Are the prints limited edition?
Selected prints have limited edition runs. When a size is sold out it is retired permanently. The edition number and remaining stock are displayed on each photo page.
What paper and printing process is used?
Prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm fine-art paper using archival pigment inks. Colours are accurate and prints are rated for 100+ years without fading under normal display conditions.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed and shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube depending on size. This lets you choose a frame that suits your décor.
How are prints packaged?
Smaller prints (up to A3) are shipped flat between rigid cardboard boards. Larger prints are rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard tube.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–3 days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees levied by their country.
Can I return or exchange a print?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for prints that arrive damaged or defective. Please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
Can I use the images digitally or commercially?
No. All photographs are copyright protected. Purchase of a print grants a licence for personal display only. Any reproduction, digital use, or commercial application requires a separate licence — please contact us.
