1. Acceptance

By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Products

All prints are made to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration differences. We make every effort to ensure accurate colour reproduction.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Limited editions

Where a print is listed as a limited edition, the edition size is final. Once sold out a size will not be reprinted. Your certificate of authenticity will be included with your order.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds

As prints are made to order we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Intellectual property

All photographs remain the exclusive copyright of the photographer. Purchase of a print grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal display only. No reproduction, digital use, or commercial application is permitted without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
